Terry Dexter was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. Surrounded by the sounds of Motown, Terry developed a love of both R&B influenced songs as well as up-tempo dance anthems. She has had several releases with Warner Bros. Records and also collaborated with many of dance music's most well respected producer/DJ's including Roy Davis, Jr., Steve “Silk” Hurley, Kenny “Dope” Gonzalez and most recently, Frankie Feliciano (“With You”).

Terry's 1st release on Category 1 Music, “Come Find Me”, showcases her exceptional vocal talent and teams her with Chicago based Sweet Georgie along with the remixing wizardry of Eric Kupper.

It's a combination that's destined to excite club goers and radio programmers who look for the best in soulful house music.
